Shipping and Delivery
All the orders will be shipped within 48 hours, we try our best to pack the materials the same day or latest by next day for the courier partners to pick the order the very next day but since we keep only a few quantity in stock sometimes the candles may be made as per order. In such cases the order will be shipped by 2nd day and in any circumstances your order will be shipped within 48 hours and delivered in 5 - 7 business days depending on the location.
We follow a 5 days return policy, if 5 days have gone since your purchase unfortunately we may not be in a position to offer an exchange or return. To be eligible for refund or exchange the product must be in the original condition as you received it. Since all our candles are handmade and in small batches there may be slight variations in colour and fragrance and it should not be a reason for return.
If you want to return/cancel any item please login to 'My Orders', and click on request cancellation/Return button against the product which you want to cancel. A return/cancel request will be placed and our team will review and approve/decline the return request based on the actual reason for cancellation. Once your return request is approved, you will get a mail confirmation and you should ship the materials back to our location at your expenses (if the item is already delivered). Once the material is received at our location and verified by our team we will process your refund/exchange as opted. It may take up to 5-7 business days for the amount to be credited back to your account. Please mail to email@example.com for any other queries related to return.
Tracking your Order
Once your product is shipped, we will share you a tracking id along with the details of the courier partner and you may use the tracking id in courier partners website to know the status of your shipment.
